Terms of Services

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the member-only sections of the RPSL Consortium website.
By registering as a member, you agree to comply with these terms and the Constitution of the RPSL Consortium.

2. Eligibility

Membership access is open to individuals approved by the Board of Management (BOM) of the RPSL Consortium who wish to view content and materials provided exclusively for members.

3. Nature of Membership

Membership provides access to information, reports, and resources restricted to members of the RPSL Consortium.
Such access does not confer voting rights, management privileges, or representation within the RPSL Consortium.
It is intended solely for viewing and personal reference purposes.

4. Member Conduct

Members agree to:

Respect the values, objectives, and dignity of the RPSL Consortium.
Use member-only materials responsibly and only for personal, non-commercial use.
Not share, forward, publish, or distribute any content, document, or report obtained through the RPSL Consortium platform to non-members or any third party without prior written consent from the RPSL Consortium.
Maintain confidentiality regarding all member communications and restricted information.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

The RPSL Consortium collects member information solely for administrative and communication purposes.
All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be disclosed to non-members or third parties without consent, except where legally required.

6. Termination of Access

The RPSL Consortium reserves the right to suspend or revoke member access in cases of:

Misuse or unauthorized sharing of restricted content.
Conduct inconsistent with the objectives or integrity of the RPSL Consortium.
Breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Amendments

The Board of Management (BOM) of the RPSL Consortium may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Members will be notified of updates through official communication channels or website announcements.

8. Acceptance

By registering or maintaining a membership account on the RPSL Consortium website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and that you will not share or distribute member-only information without prior written consent from the RPSL Consortium.
