Message from the Chairperson of the Youth Empowerment Committee
“We must not only work for youth — we must work with the Youth. All of us will gain by doing so.”
We believe that when a youth possesses these leadership traits, they may positively impact family, education, society, employment, and, ultimately, the world. They will study, evaluate, and analyse each leadership quality that will equip and empower them to lead at an exceptional level. They will discover techniques to increase their leadership effectiveness, unleash their full leadership potential, and provide them with the capability to lead with impact.
Many of today’s youth want life to be successful. They want to change the world and leave a lasting impression. The issue is that individuals can let the divisive voices of others, the distractions of social media, the diversion of life’s activity, and the discontentment of the world’s bitterness keep them from living their best life.
The goal of RPSL’s Youth Empowerment initiative is to identify and meet the needs of young people by providing them with essential learning resources that encourage lifelong learning. RPSL youth empowerment strives to engage youth to become influential citizens through appropriate activities and participation in decision-making within the organisation and the communities in which they live.
Youths from all over Sri Lanka can participate in RPSL youth empowerment programs. Our youth programs provide opportunities for young people via webinar interactions, education, and experience.
RPSL youth empowerment will assist young people in breaking obstacles and living to win. We believe that engaging our young people to help them reach their full potential and achieve success will make them more inclined to overcome the challenges and obstacles that stand in their way.
