Dr. Ali Ahlam Nawaz is a distinguished senior management professional, PhD holder in Management, and senior lecturer with over 25 years of experience in leadership roles across national and international corporate sectors. He has steadily climbed the corporate ladder, earning recognition for his strategic acumen and transformative leadership.
Dr. Ali’s contributions have been celebrated with numerous prestigious awards, including:
- TOYP Award 2016 by Junior Chambers International (JCI), with a nomination for the JCI World Award.
- Mahatma Gandhi Global Leadership Award.
- Industrial Excellence Award 2016 by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce for Laksala.
- Best Industry Contribution Award for leading Laksala’s turnaround to profitability.
- Best District Manager 2005 by Southern Electric–Scottish Hydro, as the first Asian recipient in the UK.

Currently, Dr. Ali serves as the Country Head for Hotpack Global in Malaysia and Singapore, spearheading growth and expansion in the region. His visionary leadership continues to make a lasting impact across industries.
